Vertical CNC lathe for isolators extrusion processing KTS-343

Description :  

This machine is made for making insulators. The insulators are made from extrusion by dry molding with blades mounted on 2 supports - roughing support and shaping support, which moves in two axes according to commands included in the NC program. Vertical CNC lathe for machining of insulator extrusions with max. diameter D-500 mm and a length of L-2850 mm. The KTS-343 is a device for machining outer shelter insulators and can not be used for other purposes. The device may only be operated by a person well instructed about the operation of the equipment and safety at work. Any device malfunctions can be removed only by  trained person for this work. The training of operators  and maintenance personnels will be carried out after delivery of the equipment.

Sealing machine is intended for forcing-in of the metal fixtures into insulator (on which there is a sealing material) using vibrations transmitted to the insulator by vibrating plate.

Insulator tester

Insulator Tester - is a device for testing the bending insulator with an automatic rotation 4x90º and testing individual insulator for torsion. This device can´t be used for other purposes. The device may only be operated by a person well instructed in operation of the equipment and safety at work. Any device malfunctions may only be removed by a person trained for these tasks. Training of staff and workers maintenance will be transferred after delivery of the device.
